ITALIAN COOKING WORKSHOP
Our Italian cooking workshop are like all our cooking workshops tailored according to your wishes and needs. As an Italian menu is set up, there is first one or several antipasti that are made, such as various bruschetta and vitello tonnato. Then comes the primo of what is usually a pasta or risotto. As a main course, the secondo, a nice piece of fish or meat is cooked in the pan or roasted in the oven, served with various vegetables. The dolci, dessert then follows as the last course, and for example, tiramisu, zabaglione or semi freddo with fresh fruit.
