During our American Cooking Workshops, we delve deeply into American culinary cuisine. Join us for an inspiring American cooking workshop and discover the versatility of American cuisine!
Our Italian cooking course is a one-time workshop held monthly at one of our cooking studios in Amsterdam. You'll learn typical cooking and cutting techniques, get practical tips, and discover the ingredients used.
Our French cooking workshop focuses on several classics from the world's most culinary country. We'll also cover some essential cooking and cutting techniques, of course, but the focus during these workshops is primarily on the dishes themselves.
Our Asian cooking class focuses primarily on Thai, Vietnamese, and Cambodian cuisines. Asian cuisine is perhaps the most diverse, as it encompasses so many different countries.
During this Dutch cooking workshop, you won't be making traditional Dutch stews, but you will learn about authentic Dutch cuisine! We'll prepare a variety of dishes using delicious local produce like mussels, shrimp, various types of cabbage, and traditional but forgotten vegetables like turnip, salsify, and Jerusalem artichokes.
Our tapas cooking workshop in Amsterdam is one of the most fun and varied we offer for beginners. We'll prepare 10 to 12 different dishes from various regions of Spain. From albondigas to calamares fritos to tortillas, almost all the great Spanish classics are covered.
In this game cooking workshop, we'll create delicious seasonal dishes. Game is the finest and most honest meat available! No animal has had a better life than a wild one. From duck to wild boar, rabbit to venison, or hare—you name it, we'll create a delicious stew or fill pasta with it.
In the soups & sauces cooking workshop, we'll explore the basics of real cooking. Leftover chicken, meat, or fish? Make a hearty broth! Always have good broth in the freezer—essential for any serious cook!
Fish is delicious and healthy! But we Dutch eat the least fish in all of Europe! There's still much to discover in the world of fish. In this fish cooking workshop, you'll learn the art of filleting and making a rich stock for soups or sauces. We'll cover the many varieties and cooking techniques; from flatfish to oysters and lobster—this course is comprehensive!
