Our Italian cooking course This is actually a one-time, registration-only cooking workshop that takes place monthly at one of our cooking studios in Amsterdam. In this one-day Italian cooking course, you'll also learn more specifically about cooking techniques, cutting techniques, tips, and the products used. Discover new flavors and recipes from various Italian regions. So register alone or with a partner or friend for this Italian cooking workshop and enjoy a culinary evening full of inspiration and Italian atmosphere! This cooking workshop is also available for groups and company outings.
Make and fill your own pasta, with a perfect sauce, of course! We'll also prepare various antipasti. We'll also cover the delicate techniques for making risotto, from the highly acclaimed risotto book, Tutto Risotto by Florine Boucher. Our Italian cooking workshop covers many facets and, of course, the basics of Italian cuisine. Each region in Italy has its own dishes and products, which are often registered and protected by region. Products like Parma ham and Parmesan cheese may only come from the Parma region. Italy has the most registered regional products in the world. This movement originated in the 80s with the Slow Food movement, which emerged as a counter-movement to fast food.
