ASIAN COOKING WORKSHOP
Learn how to make delicious Thai curries during our Asian Cooking Workshop in Amsterdam!
Our Asian cooking workshop focuses primarily on Thai, Vietnamese, and Cambodian cuisines. Are you a fan of Asian cuisine? Then this cooking workshop is perfect for you. A total of 8 to 9 different dishes will be prepared, divided into three courses. Classic dishes like tom ka kai, beef curry, and Vietnamese rice paper rolls are also included. During the cooking process, two delicious appetizers will be made: a corn fritter and a fish cake, which will be eaten while cooking. Just like in our other cooking workshops, this Asian cooking workshop covers several basic cooking and cutting techniques. In this Asian cooking workshop, you'll create the most delicious and delightful dishes from Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Three exciting courses will be offered, ranging from mild to spicier dishes from Southeast Asia. Upon arrival, everyone will receive a drink and a snack, after which aprons will be handed out and the menu will be explained. The cooking itself will take approximately 1,5-2 hours. Then, everyone will sit down at the table, and the food will be served by the cooks. The total time for the food and drinks will also be approximately 1,5-2 hours.
