Our Asian cooking course focuses primarily on Thai, Vietnamese, and Cambodian cuisines. Asian cuisine is perhaps the most diverse, as it encompasses so many different countries. We've selected these three delicious cuisines for our Asian cooking workshop. This cooking course is held in one of our cooking studios in Amsterdam. A total of eight to nine different dishes are prepared together. Classics like tom ka kai, beef curry, and Vietnamese rice paper rolls are, of course, included in this menu. During the Asian cooking classes, two delicious amuse-bouches are also prepared: a corn fritter and a fish cake, which are eaten while cooking. Just like in our other cooking workshops, this Asian cooking class covers several basic cooking and cutting techniques. Cooking rice is also an essential part of the Asian cooking class. Upon arrival, everyone receives a drink and a snack, after which aprons are handed out and the menu is explained.
Cost: €90,00, including wine. The course starts at 18.00:18.30 PM and will begin no later than 10:XNUMX PM. A minimum of XNUMX people must register for this Asian cooking class to proceed.
